New Radio Station

Ok so when i am listening to the Radio stations on New Vegas there are times when you hear the host talk about the courier being ok or events that have happened because of your actions.

is it possible to do the same for a radio station that I am creating my self? I am going to record the broadcast myself and then try and link it to an event in game... if anyone knows how to do this then please let me know.

Screen shots would be most greatfull if you have the time as I really have little understanding of the technical aspects of MODing.
