High graphic performance - problem

Hey,

 

I've got a little graphics problem. Launching Skyrim in high and ultra performance causes a very weird bug. The water doesn't show, weapon (and hands) in fpv is white (or green/yellow, propably depends on lighting in area) and eyes are also buggy. This bug can be avoided by going to windows with alt+tab and then back to Skyrim, but, whenever i fast travel or go to some house, the bug reappears. How can be this bug avoidable permanently? Thanks for help.
