Hello Modders ! I've just created my first mod and i need little help, this mod adding 2 guards near your house door (in whiterun) and 2 more archers on a balcony on the roof, i have 2 problems,

1. After getting out of whiterun and coming back the archers is not on the roof, they standing near the house, nothing help, i tried ot make higher wall on the balcony, make 2 balconies but nothing helps.

2. When the guards that near the door is fighting someone, after they killing him they won't comeback, they standing near his buddy without moving. can you make them auto comeback to the house door ?

Have you Navmeshed the newly added area? It's important that you do that for the NPCs to be able to move around. Look up a few tutorials if you don't know how to Navmesh; it's pretty simple if you're only adding a small area.

Well, you'll first need to make sure that you have nothing selected. You can do this in the CK by clicking on the sky. Next, you need to open the Navmesh menu by either pressing T or accessing it through the toolbar. Now, go to Navmesh>Generation>Havok-based generation. Wait for it to complete (it might take a while). After that, save, and it should work.

When im doing nevmash on the balcony it wont make it triangles, just dots... what should i do ?

You know how to make the navmesh DOTS right? Next step -> PUSH "A" button. This will unite the dots and form a triangle navmesh form (if you designed it correctly as a triangle of course.) You're welcome!
