Constant spell spamming during combat

During combat my followers and my character are constantly being spammed with a spell ( looks like a heal spell ), I thought it might be healing hands which I assigned to my Mage so I disabled it but the problem still persists.

The spell spams about every 3 seconds during combat and its really distracting.

 

I swapped out my followers but the problem continues.

 

I am using AFT, IHUD and SkyUI. I do not have any magic mods installed.

 

Any ideas what could be causing this ?

What happens with no followers? Did you try resetting followers combat skills with AFT? Set them to a no magic or maybe totally resetting them.

Figured it out. A follower named Tomomi was the issue. She had no spells assigned and low Magicka but for some ungodly reason was spamming a heal all spell every three seconds. The only way to fix it was to assign her AFT combat to "two handed". Which disabled whatever magic script was running.

 

I'll post on the follower page as a heads up but I think this was an AFT glitch.
