Need Help With Self Shadow Issue

I recently started noticing this odd issue with the self shadowing on characters, there is this shininess to the border of the shadow, it became much more apparent when I started using a body replacer, but I checked without it too and it still appears, just a little less noticeably.

Any help on how to fix this is appreciated.

i7 2600k @3.8

8GB DDR3-1600

1GB GTX560 Ti w/ 295.73 WHQL Drivers
