Skyrim crashing when attempting to trade

So I've been adding different mods for a new playthrough, and now when I try to trade with someone the game crashes as the trading window appears. Any advice would be appreciated as I'm very keen to get back to it, thanks in advance guys! Below is my list of mods which have been organised by LOOT:
