Miraak Scale Mask Texture?

I was watching one of CamleWorks videos "SKYRIM - 10 Things You DIDN'T Need To Know (but secretly need to know) - Mephala Is A Cupboard?" and at 9:09 he talks about Miraak and how he never got a proper face made for him.

 

What caught my eye was this:

 

 

 

I would like to know what textures his mask is using, because as usual with Youtuber creators, they rarely list what mods they're using in their videos and this particular mask texture looks pretty cool.

If anyone knows where these textures come from I'd love to know!
