Can not start new game.

Hello

 

I have just reinstalled Skyrim and added some mods before I start a new game. But when I start a new game the menu text dissapears but nothing happenes. I hear a sound of something being equipped but the game itself just stayes in the menu screen. The gome does not freeze or crash. I remember that I had this same problem long ago but I have no idea what is cousing it.

 

When I deactivate these mods the problem dissapears:

 

Tytanis.esp

Populated cities.esp

Warzones- civil unrest.esp

Warzones- optional performance pack.esp

3DNPC.esp

 

But I do not which one mod that is causing the problem because even though I have had only one of these mods deactivated at time the game still has the same problem. I have added the load order with two pictures.
