LE Searching for this list of mods

Hello, I am a skyrim player. (Obviously)

 

I have have pondered through my head of mods that I need. I am looking for things like:

 

-Make houses non-respawning

(Like if you enter a house, and type in a console command that was created by the mod, it'll turn the whole house into a non-respawning zone, so storage is safe to use)

 

-Make houses be "yours" if you kill the owner

(When you kill the owner of the house, instead of having items still say "Steal" or "Steal from", it will turn them into "Take" or "Search")

 

-Make keys have the stolen mark text

(For some reason, keys are pretty much the only object in the game that don't get the "Stolen" text on the top-right. I need this because I sort my stolen keys in my house and keep my keys in my inventory that are not stolen - I take out some stolen ones every once in a while because I don't want a guard taking all of them if I commited a crime)

 

-Followers can jump and/or fall while following you

(If you jump down from a bridge or something, the follower will try to run around all over the place trying to get to you without doing a simple fall or jump)

 

-Notebook

(I don't literally mean a book item that has text that you edit outside of the game, but just a simple GUI that can have text edited)

 

-Be able to make Skooma in cooking

(The ingredients on the wiki say that it requires moon sugar and nightshade :D)

 

-Roommates in houses

(I thought of an idea that you can invite people to permanently live in your purchased home in the cities, sort of like a person being asked to be a housecarl. I just thought it would be a cool roleplay idea)

 

-No friendly fire on followers, and ONLY followers

(Sometimes you accidently hit your companion while you fight, and if you give them too much of a hit, they'll leave your service and attack you. I want a mod that is similar to how children can't be attacked - you just "miss" them)

I sort of want these mods to be specifically what I want them to be, because I don't like to completely "cheat" the game such as having more than one follower or something. That is why I am looking for mods that just do what is said.
