How to Get to Bodyslide Studio(and other questions)

Hey everyone I want to know how to get to the Bodyslide studio so I can create a body. I also downloaded a couple mods that add pre-created bodyslides(HealthyBodSlides-Natural Slider Presets and CBBE Presets Compendium-CBBE Presets Compendium-All-in-One) but I cannot access them and all I get is the default ones. Lastly, for some reason, in character creation(I am using alternate start mod btw) it lags when I try to change my gender. Another problem is that grey textures pop out of my character when I try to change the preset(it looks like a weird grey star). I hope someone has a solution, any help is appreciated.
