Hey im using the 1.5.24.0 version of Skyrim and have no idea if its set to use 4GB memory, Ive got 8GB installed but the game never uses more than 1.5GB and most of the time only about 900MB and thats with alotof high res textures but thought the game was now patched to be LAA

ive even tried manually patching it with this 4GB patch discussed here where its suggested the game wasnt actually patched to be LAA and manually patching it corrects that, but not sure what version of the game they were talking about (latest as of April3) or what exactly they mean 'works', are you sapposed to see the TESV.exe in task manager using upto 4GB instead of less than 2?

If you use MemInfo it will tell how much virtual memory you are using for Skyrim. Virtual mem. is installed (or physical) ram + page file, meaning Skyrim will use a little more or less than 2gb of physical ram and the rest is in your page file.

ok i just tried Meminfo but nothing shows up, i run the game with skse, and also dont have a print screen key (or know what the equivlant is on this kb)... and not sure what to do to change it to number lock like it says you can. Atm im guessing the toggle key needs to be pressed for the onscreen readout to show up

so just to get this straight, if its 4GB enabled, its just the virtual memory thatll be 4096 like in the screenshot

excellent, it works, so i checked both sets of exes the ones i apparently patched and the the normal ones (skse_loader.exe and TESV.exe) and both sets show 4096 virtual memory proving the 1.5.24.0 is officially LAA, nice one

thanks for helping work it out :)
