Game CTD after Skyrim Logo when launched through SKSE with Rudy ENB, Launches fine when the game is launched through the steam app.

I'm at my wit's End. I've reinstalled the binaries, the game works fine when launched through steam, only change i've done is adding Rudy ENB. Here's my load order, if anyone has any idea how to fix this please give me some recommendations.
