Loading save game CTD

I've encountered this strange crash today and I am for once unable troubleshoot the issue myself.

 

Out of nowhere I get crashes every time I try load my save games. It's not just recent save games but ALL my save games. Please note that this happened today after I had already played the game for more than one hour and have no new mods installed. I've never experienced this before, I was able to start a new game, and once I was able to save I did and attempted to load the the new game - same thing... instant CTD from load screen.

 

This is of course a game breaker for me, I cannot continue my current game(s) and starting a new only results in same problem.

 

I can start a new game and everything is fine, if I save and load my new save I get instant crash.

 

I have quite a few mods installed but really doubt they got anything to do with it. I've used these mods for an extended period of in-game play time with no issues what so ever. The issue happened after the game froze while auto saving which could normally result in a corrupt save game, but none of my saves are working and same thing happens to new games as mentioned.

 

Disabling all mods, FXAA post processor, ENBseries and script extender does not help either.

Nothing out of the ordinary as far as I can tell and load order should be fine. Keep in mind disabling all mods still gives me problems.

Okay... weirdest thing ever. After a reboot everything works fine. Spent hours trying everything to figure out what the hell was wrong with my game, and an accidental reboot solved the problem. Never seen that before. Edited April 27, 2012 by lthot

I just wanted to make sure you didn't have two Skyrim.esm entries in you plugins.txt.

 

My game was crashing today too and I eventually found out this was the reason.

Alright, here's the deal everybody. I've actually been having this problem for 4 weeks on end now.

 

Problem: Whenever I try to install mods on the Nexus Mod Manager, it usually says:

"A problem occurred during install:BOSS_API_ERROR_PLUGINS_FULL: The mod was not installed."

Along with this, whenever I try to uninstall something it says:

"Nexus Mod Manager has encountered an error and needs to close. A Trace Log was created at: C:\Users\CHEESECAKE\Documents\Nexus Mod Manager\ TraceLog20120427161839.txt Please include the contents of that file if you want to make a bug report: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/tracker/project-3-mod-manager-"

And finally with this two things that I can't even specify, there's also the problem that whenever I try to play TES: Skyrim, as soon as the Bethesda Game Studios logo fades, the window fades in a result of the program crashing. What in the world is going on and if you can find a way to help me, please tell be how to revert this process so I can get the game running again.
