Fast CTDs after a long period of stability

Started having really consistent and fast CTDs (no error message) today, my previous play session was around 4 hours with no issues and no changes have been made since.

My most recent additions (prior to my last 4-5 hour play session) was "Boston FPS Fix" along with "ReGrowth Overhaul." I obviously tried deactivating both to see if anything changed but no luck.

I'm roughly 120 hours into my save and want to do everything I can to save it. My save file size is roughly 28.8k KB so it's fairly large, but from what I understand there shouldn't be issues until you're north of 50k.

I'm running fallout 4 version 1.10.82.0 ( a somewhat recent update, around 3 days ago ) and F4SE 0.6.7 ( also a few days ago )

What I've done so far

1) Cleaned save folder, down to only a handful from the past 48-72 hours

2) Deactivated/Reactivated ReGrowth and Boston FPS Fix along with changing "bUseCombinedObjects" to 0 and 1 respectively.

3) Ran fallrim tools to remove any unattached strings, which there were none.

Here is my load order - https://pastebin.com/74HAdB1n

Let me know if you guys notice anything out of the ordinary, maybe I'm using some mods that hate each other? Load order error? Maybe one of my mods is actually a piece of s*** in disguise? Thanks in advance for any help you give me

Edit 1 - I have "Place Everywhere" installed but I noticed it did not appear in my load order, could this have anything to do with my problem?
