Argh! Wall spells doing too much damage

There's this problem in my Skyrim game where my wall spells are doing way too much damage, which makes it difficult for me to fight dragons with the "Deadly Dragons" mod since they leave those "wall spells" behind when they use their breath attacks, I'm sure I don't have any mods that effects the damage of the spells, and I'm wondering just in case if there's any way to see what mods edit which portion of the game with a program or some sort.

 

I'll leave my load order in case anyone may have an idea of what might be making the wall spells super overpowered.
