Just Went Premium

Hi I just bought some premium time so I could uncap my download speeds since I'll be doing some heavy modding over the next few days. Well, I'm not seeing my premium status in the green. Is there a amount of time until it activates or did I do something wrong? Sorry if this is super noob but this is the newbie section after all XD

 

Edit: when i say I don't see my status in the green, I mean my download speed is still capped to 1MB via the NMM.

Hey there. It may be best to restart NMM if you have not already as our systems seem to be reflecting your premium status properly. Additionally, you should have access to the premium servers in NMM's settings found under the 'Download Options' tab which will be worth trying at your convenience. Let us know if that does not seem to resolve the issue.

 

Additionally, if you wish to make a change to your username, feel free to contact me here privately on the forums by clicking my username. I only mention it because it's somewhat unusual to have chosen an email address, but if that's what you wish, no problem.

One more thing: Was your username always your email address or is it only like that since after you upgraded to Premium membership?

 

If, as your account creation time and you telling you just bought Premium right before your post, but after some time of already using the site before, suggests, you may not have selected your existing account on going Premium but entered your email address instead, and now have created a new account with your email address instead of your previous username, you should definitely talk to SirSalami, or Dark0ne, about transferring of your Premium status over to your real account.

 

Another point supporting my suspicion in this: If you still have your NMM set up to use your previous account, it of course won't have switched to this new Premium account now, if things indeed happened like I explained.
