sleekblind Posted April 28, 2012 Posted April 28, 2012 (edited) Does anyone know of a site hosting the bone weight copy script for blender 2.49b? I can't find anywhere to download it. Kind of aggravating. I'm using blender 2.49b so I can use the nif export capability. Please let me know if I am just torturing myself unnecessarily, or if this is the only way to model for fo3. sleekblind Posted April 28, 2012 Author Posted April 28, 2012 I have some experience modeling in blender, but I was doing static models then, and I think I was using 2.5 something. I am having a hell of time trying to find this script; I am finding people mentioning it everywhere, but I've spent the past several hours searching for the actual script and cannot find it ANYWHERE.
sleekblind Posted April 28, 2012 Author Posted April 28, 2012 According to the Blender site, the bone weight copy script was not included with 2.49b.
sleekblind Posted May 3, 2012 Author Posted May 3, 2012 I know it sounds stupid, but I can not find any way to make "bone weight copy" show up in the list of scripts. I've tried every combination of selecting objects and vertices I can think of, still nothing. It's like my version of blender simply does not have that script, it's weird. It would work really well, I think, too, since the armor is so skin-tight. I would only have to make minor adjustments... I wish I could use it.
