CTD when entering Riften

Hello. I need help with this. Every time I enter Riften, the loading screen will show but then CTD. Here's my load order and papyrus logs.

First off, remove all the dlc patches and get the legendary edition patch. Second, go into steam, which I assume is where you got your game, and verify integrity of game files. After that, run tesvedit and clean the records.
