Seriously. Need. Help.

I put a mod in manually, and then when I went to uninstall it, deleted everything, it didn't work. I tried using the manager, and that didn't work. Now my dragons are stuck as macho man randy savage, voice and everything, but without the textures. They're pink, but still shaped like the modded version. For the love of all that is good and for the sake of me ever really enjoying this game again, someone help me.

Sadly, mods without esp and bsa can cause problems.

 

Are you positive you have deleted all the files?

and by this I mean by looking at the mod files from the original archive of the mod and cross checking with all the sub directories on your computer under Steam and further doing a search of your root drive for each and every file that is listed in the mod and ensuring some have not been placed where they should not be or you have missed some and there are not some sitting in some other directory like user/username/local/localapps?

 

If you are absolutely sure all files are gone and it still occurs - then following the information from either of these pages may fix your problem.

Just delete Skyrim completely, backup your saves, and reinstall.
