CTD problems

Hello,

 

I recently starting having CTD problems. I went into shroud hearth barrow and made it a few steps in. I saved my game and closed out, and changed my ENB DOF. Once I logged back in I get a CTD every few steps. I have tried reverting my ENB DOF back to the original one I wasn't having any problems with but no luck. No new mods were installed in between no problems and the CTD. Load order as follows (used LOOT)

 

UPDATE: I tried completely reinstalling the game, enb, and everything and the same problems are happening. It is not just localized to shroud heart barrow, I managed to get back to whiterun freeze by freeze and had it happening the whole way.
