I tend to search for a term and sort by endorsements, but being able to filter out mods that have not been updated in say, 3 years, would be helpful. Thanks! Simply use the "Refine Results" option and change the "Sort by" to "Last updated", along with any other criteria you care to specify. The older the update the further down the results a mod will go.
