blocking animations problem (3rd person only)

I know I know, this is what I get by installing a number of mods at once and not checking through all the content of each, but disabling mods doesn't seem to fix the problem.

Can someone direct me to where one would modify or somehow reset to default the animations for simultaneous moving and blocking?

 

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
