The resources all are in the game, being the ear's that you remove from dead bodies similiar to New Vegas Bounties. If someone could just go in Blender or Nifskope, and just make one similar to this I'd really appreiate it: Walking Dead necklaceAlso, I think there was one already somewhere on the Nexus but I can't recall if it did exist.
