Display name

I am dreadfully sorry if this issue has been talked somewhere in FAQ or QA or different post, did not find that tho.

As by my understanding Nexus members can't change their user names but they can change their display names.
Yet I don't seem to have any means do to that, should I contact someone specific with that question or fill some paperwork :smile: ?

"User name" and "Display name" are the same thing here.

You may request to have your current account closed so that you can re-register and pick a new user/display name if you'd like.

That's a left-over help text of the original IP.Board framework the forum is based on. As you can see "Display Name" isn't the only tab on your UserCP that you don't have from that list.

Poo....

I guess I have to make to then, creating new account and washing 10 years of user preferances, history and tracked files/endorsements down the drain sounds painful as well :/
