There is no public statement of a timeline since such a thing is not a simple matter in most situations. Review mode is a matter between the staff, the mod author and any other relevant/directly involved parties. In the case of the mod you linked, the files where locked down due to the author being banned for violation of site regulations at the time: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/856567-starac-banned/Since our options back at that then was to either lock the page or delete the entry entirely, locking it in moderator review mode was the only method of retaining the file page for evidence. Since we now have other options for filing evidence and materials that are ban related, I will be removing the page from the public database on a permanent basis.
