Text not appearing (Racemenu, Alchemy, Statuses.)

So, my problem is that some texts does not appear like for example:
Racemenu: Only the races names (highelf, nord etc) everything else seems to be fine.
Alchemy: Only some ingredienses are gone i only see numbers (how many of that ingrediens i got)
Statuses: It effects the clothing statuses like regen or fortify where it only says (15+40+) no text explaining what.
Potions: Same as the one above but with potions.
