A World Of Pain at Fallout New Vegas Texture Missing and black screen

I have a problem with A World Of Pain at Fallout New Vegas for some reason after a few minutes playing and within the pioner saloon of goodsrpings the game becomes instable with missing textures and very often black screen, I tried to reduce my order but the problem persists , I checked with loot if there are errors but there are none.

I count 124 plugins (including the BP), so it shouldn't be pushing the "plugin cap", though without your hardware specs that remains a guess. Which is why we ask you to provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as NVSE and it's related plugins, texture replacements (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX.
