One texture mod loaded once then refuses to load again.

I've been having an issue with 'better than icons' mod, i've used the script merged to merge it's xml changes with another mod but it seems after the first load with the mod installed it doesn't load again.

I have quite a few mods and a bunch of texture mods that are merged down into one mod, excluding the 'better than icons' mod as it'll overwrite the xml changes if I do.

I don't know if it's only that one or not.
By refusing to load I mean the icons revert back to the normal ones.
