The in-game book Immortal Blood claims that the Volkihar have icy breath and the ability to phase through ice. Them moving through ice like it was air would be hard to code, but I'd like a mod that gives the Volkihar a frost breath attack, possibly avaliable to the player at a high stage of vampirism.
