[CTD] When stepping outside feels like iv tried almost everything

After like 10 mins of play time I left winterhold then went to a vanilla "dungeon" and when i hit the door I got a loading screen then a CTD Iv been working on this all day and I still cant figure it out. Couldn't find errors in SSEdit and in wyrebash nothing red and 95% of everything is green. Have a merged patch and a bashpatch (Level lists only) tried with and without emb and wiped save file for missing scripts. Would anyone like to help me with this ;-;
