CTD when looting or inventory?

ive got the same shitty problem... god dammit... i have a gaming pc and i never experience any bugs or anything except that there are selected containers inventorys that crash the game once i try to acces them... this is completely horrible as this has now made it impossible to access my companions inventory or give him things....

 

any new ideas guys?

I see a lot of problems

 

You have too many graphic mods for that computer, there's no reason to run pretty mods when your having to run at reduced graphic settings.

 

On to what causes a crash at looting.

 

-Could be that your papyrus is overloaded, the papyrus system enters a freeze state when opening menus

 

-Could be that your item is missing something important

-->mesh, or bad mesh

-->item makes a specific call function for an active effect when clicked but it comes back as an error that fails to resolve and thus causes a crash

 

Anyways that's what causes it.

 

As to the OP well your being unrealistic and I don't even see a Bash Patch

I no longer have this issue. And for the person that said I was running too many mods before, I'm running more now - on a weaker computer, and it's doing fine. Thanks though. Haters.

How did you resolve your issue? As it would seem I've currently encountered this recent issue, always with inventory interaction, either as NPC loot or NPC shop. Nor the same individuals (in regards to new games).

maybe you just had too much stuff in your inventory?

Due to all of the mods I use I pretty much just nuke the fact that there is carry weight in the game. That being said you need to make sure you empty it every once in a while xD
