What if Flemieth got pregnant with the male wardens baby as a alternate option rather than fight her or endanger Morrigan?

 

One could tell Morrigan ,but it would be some how contrived to be a secret, that would not be directly referenced or mentioned in the next game but could be worked into origins to link with something or explain some plot hole...in the next game.
