Load CTD's

Ive been trying to fix this for ages now and ive finally just said f*** it im gonna get some help im not sure if its a mod or if its just skyrim being a dick but whenever I load a save dosent matter which save it freezes after I activate all my mods.

 

Basicly ive restarted skyrim I played through the start with all my body mods and saved inside helgans keep after that I installed skyrim improved overhaul and tested it a bit and it worked perfectly I then saved in the area in helgan after getting the potions and added the rest of my mods and now the game wont load any of my saves.

Ive looked through my mods several times and I can't find a single obvious conflict and ive used these all together before the only reason I restarted was to try to get skyrim improved to work properlly and I found what the problem with that was. (it was better sorting)

I would be really thankful if anyone could help me with this because I can't figure it out for the life of me.

 

Edit: Ok managed to get it to work for a little while by disabling real wildlife everything was fine and now ive gone to load a save and the exact same f***ing thing is happening I don't think this has to do with mods anymore I think this is a vannila bug.
