shockins
So I reloaded the Chocolate Elves OMOD and was surprised to see that the ears textures and/or meshes aren't right. See how they're supposed to look: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/images/18247-1-1268823140.jpg And I took a screenie of how mine are coming up. The chocolate elf omod is the last one I've loaded, any ideas what's going on? Thanks all!
Nephenee13
If you turn off facegen texturing in the INI, that happens. I don't think there is any way around it. At least I haven't found one. You can use wigs/long hair and equipable ears to get around it to an extent. The ears in Apachii's Goddess Store will conform to your character's skintone (mostly). You can see an example of them in use here. Or you can just use hair that hides the ears, like this. If someone knows how to both have Facegen Texturing off, and get the ear color to work right, I'd love to know.
Nephenee13
It turns out that the Chocolate Elves addon for Modular Beautiful People will fix this...but that requires installing and dealing with MBP, and most notably, dealing with its MASSIVE BS involving eyes. Ugh. But I do now have a tatooed, lop-eared, Chocolate Elf. So there's that. Was a major pain in the butt though.
chakaru11
Mhm, I have lop ears attached to the chocolate elves and it does not happen. Maybe it's due to that old ear mesh they use in the OMOD? Also: Xenogenesis used accessory ears in the first screenshot you posted :P
