Constant random CTD's, game freezing

Hello there.

 

I have a problem with my game. Sometimes, no matter what I'm doing and where I am, my game crashes to desktop, without any error message.

Also, whenever I change my weapon, open inventory or just walk I'm getting short freezes.

Here are my computer specs:

- AMD Athlon X4 620 2.6 GHz overclocked to 3.2 GHz

- RAM 4 GB DDR2

- GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760 2 GB WINDFORCE 3X

- Motherboard ASUS m5a-78l-m usb3

- HITACHI SATA2 250 GB, ~40 GB free on E:\ partition where Skyrim is.

 

 

Legendary Edition, latest patch available installed with SKSE, latest version too.

My game is heavily (in my opinion) modded, with over 100 mods working. I'm using Nexus Mod Manager with LOOT. I also used TES5EDIT to delete ITMs.
