OblivionDawn
For some reason, all the npc's in my game seem to have like 2 faces. One that doesnt move at all, and one under it where you can see the mouth moving. And also on my character, his hair and stuff is poking through any helmet I put on him. I used to have Beautiful People, but I uninstalled it hoping it would solve the problem, which it didn't. Any ideas? SoulReaver911
Does this happen to all the npcs? I know this sometimes happens to companions that travel with you throughout the game, but never have I heard of it happening to everyone. I feel for you though, the sight of the Double Face glitch always makes me sick. Try selecting an NPC and opening the console (~) and pointing the mouse at a character, left click, then type "disable" and then "enable." This usually fixes the problem for me. However, if it does nothing...I'm lost. Also try running the game vanilla, without any mods. The last resort is to reinstall the game, but you might have to. OblivionDawn
Hmm... That didn't do the trick... thanks for trying to help though. I have a daunting feeling that reinstalling won't do anything...
Kresselack
Hmmmm I have seen this problem before, though it was only on one NPC which was a regular town guard. I think it was one in Bravil or Anvil.
SoulReaver911
Try to reinstall anyway. Give it a shot.

roquefort
God I have this problem with companions. Even Martin when i'm just bringing him to Jauffre... Pain in the ass... Funnily enough I just had that problem for the first time, just the once, yesterday with a companion after starting a conversation. Didn't happen again though. It does look weird. I'll check out that patch Vagrant0 referred to.
SoulReaver911
Make sure you are using the most recent official patch. Duplicated faces was one of the issues related with the earlier versions of the 1.2 patch which shipped with GOTY and SI. For some reason, the newest patch still doesn't fix all the occurrences of this bug coming into play. It will still occasionally happen (like when you take martin to Jauffre after Kvatch is saved, is a big one.)
OblivionDawn
This wouldn't bother me nearly as much if it didn't screw with Deadly Reflexes. Something about a decapitated person still having another head on his shoulders kinda takes away from the effect of the mod.
