etang2 Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 I really love the ENB visual enhacements. Do not get me wrong, they are truly beautiful. The depth and color that they add to the game is unparellel. One problem.The best ones are almost un-usable on my pc, which is a mid to high rig, and even the ones labelled "Made for lesser rigs" and "little to none FPS hit" and even "will INCREASE performance and quality" cause the game to run at about 10-15 FPS! Can any one help, perhaps suggest an ENB setup thats not going to kill my FPS but still look reasonably good? Stay Frosty :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tidus44 Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 Take a look at and please read carefully what they say in the comments on the mods and the readme before trying them - but these two mods seem to have helped a lot of people get better visuals without a big FPS hit. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12801 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=13049 I'm using the imaginator with some video card tweaks (from the manufacturer, not from some site or the nexus) and found my game to be better visually and less problematic than any of the ENB texture mods available (and I tried a bunch of them and this is just my opinion - not a critique) and I've got 45-50 FPS consistantly except in Whiterun where it always drops to 35-40 for some reason.
