Zazemel
There is a problem with it since I try to put it in nifskope and the entire skeleton is in the file instead of just the spine2 and npc head. There is also a problem with the textures not loading or being organized properly. So in CK I get an error about the texture not being loaded. You guys make armor all the time, how do I do it with just the necessary bones and save the mesh? I'm using the 2012 nifskope exporter in Max 2012. Really need help. >.> Thanks. Zazemel
I figured out what was wrong, it was the .tri file being used. But now it's too high in the Construction Kit. Someone help? http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c92/jellybean_ninja/ocation.png
Zazemel
I'm very tempted to give up. Seems like nobody has experience with nifskope. Not even people who use it. I tried blender and since I run on 64 bit, it can't use the nif tools. Not going to work. :< I need someone who can do it.
aruless
Read the wiki again, so u can have a proper understanding of the steps that u need to do. Now this is quite simple, u only need to export the file from 3ds to a nif format, and chose "delete unused bones"(somethins like that), btw why u need to load the file in the ck? when u load the file in nifskope is loaded fine? Why are u trying to do exactly?
Zazemel
Read the wiki again, so u can have a proper understanding of the steps that u need to do. A new problem has arrived and I know it is exporting that is causing this. Verticals are broken in specific places. I've tried importing and exporting working heads and not changing anything and they always end up with broken verticals. I'm starting to think the abandoned nif exporter for 3ds is never going to work. I've tried every setting. And wiki says nothing to me about head meshes. Body parts or anything really. I even type verticals and nothing shows up. Edited May 17, 2012 by Zazemel
