Spell, and weapon animation way off

I have not played in a few months. I updated all my mods, and find that in first person view, bows, xbows, and spell animation's are misaligned. Left had spells come out of the right hand, and bow/xbows shoot way to the right. In third person view everything is correct.

 

They only animation mods I have are FINS, FINS Sexy move, FINS PCEA2, and Pretty Combat animations.

I also have scoped bows, but I doubt that affects spells.

I have run FINS, and made sure nothing overwrites XP32.

ok it was the latest version of Joy of Perspective.

Deleting the mod brought up other issue's but fix it as well.
