Please help with not visible mesh

Hi everyone, I need your help:

I'm working on a mod, Greek Hero Armor, and I'm releasing customized meshes. But I have a BIG problem:

tree of my customized mesh, a cape an armor and now also a skirt, is not visible ingame.. I think the problem is when I import the starting mesh (like a cape from capes and cloacks by someone) in blender, 'cause there two type of error:

I really don't know how to fix this. I am able to export the file from blender into .nif and viewing it into NifSkope. But in the game is not visible... I try reimport in blender and parent to a new skeleton but nothing changes.

Please help, these files are essential to the releasing of my mod! I attach the meshes of the cape and the skirt wishing in your help.
