My first time entering the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary the echo effect that the voice at the door has (What colour is the night?), carries on into everything else. It just keep echoing for every sound except conversations. Worse still it's carried into all my saves, so it echoes in all those as well. I don't think it's a hardware issue and the game is compatible to my machine. Has this happened to anyone before? Any solutions short of reinstalling the game? Thanks in advance!
macmert Posted July 11, 2008 Posted July 11, 2008 hmm... if it only happens with that particular voice, the voice file might be corrupt, but to make sure you to check and upgrade your sound card drivers, run dxdiag to make sure your card is working properly and try to reduce the quality of sound processing using the options regarding your sound card... I hope it helps, since I never encountered this problem I am not sure how I can help but these are some simple things to look up and check...
