NERO9REBORN Posted May 1, 2012 Share Posted May 1, 2012 To all, A wonderful modder named Recycler is creating a multiplayer mod for Fallout 3 and NV, but he seems to have lost faith, as he is the only one who actively upgrades and pursues it. I've created this mod in the hopes that some of you guys can go to Vault Mp's website to try and help him. If you're not a serious modder, you can still encourage him to keep going.
