Immersive citizens incompatibility?

Hi, I recently downloaded Immersive Citizens (full version) but it seems to be causing ctd upon entering towns.

I sorted my mod order and searched other forums but still not quite sure what the problem might be. Changing to Lite version also didn't help.

Are there any incompatibilities among the mods listed below?

I'm quite sure IC is causing incompatibility because without it the game runs fine.

Oh yeah and I'm not using SE
