Game Not Detecting BSA files?

I just installed Skyrim yesterday and when I tried to play the game it kept crashing from me, So I figured I would look at the data files through the Skyrim Launcher and I realized there was no files there. So I looked in the game directory and realized that the BSA files are set to open with some random program. I been trying to find a way to reset the BSA files to open with nothing but so far every method I used hasn't worked. I used regedit to delete everything but it still shows the program icon and the Skyrim launcer still won't detect it. Anybody have a solution to this?

It doesn't matter what program you've set to open BSA files. This won't affect the game at all.

Also, BSAs are not supposed to show up in the Skyrim Launcher. Only ESM and ESP files should show up. BSAs are loaded automatically if their corresponding ESM/ESP files are enabled. For instance, Dragonborn.bsa and Dragonborn - HD.bsa are loaded if Dragonborn.esm is enabled.
