Spectfade
I just wanted to add: WATER is in the last loading spot for the load order. I'm using the Medium Res version of it.I use the Skyrim 4G mod. Still crashes randomly. It really doesn't seem like a RAM issue, but some kind of mod conflict. fms1
There's no need for the 4gb mod now, Skyrim does have LAA, as long as you have enough ram. Deactivate mods one at a time until you find the problem, luckily you don't have many mods to sort through. EDIT: I mean deactivate esp.'s, not uninstal them. Spectfade
Blaaaaaaaaaagh. I removed all mods and tried again, and it was still doing this. I think it might be one of the mods that I installed before I started using the NMM that I forgot to remove. And there's no way to check how old it is. >< I don't even remember what it might be. fms1
If you have a esp. that's not shown up for some reason in NMM go to your default Skyrim launcher and check there, also you want to leave the Skyrim esm. and Update esm. checked or it will also cause crash. haibai
If you have ENBs installed, it could also affect crashes. From my experience, running an enb which has a high DOF, SSAO enabled, bokeh, etc.. they seem to cause my crashes. Basically tone down on mods that eat away on your ram. Spectfade
I realized that I have a copy of the Skyrim files on my computer from when I first installed the game. It's completely mod free, nothing in it except what came with the game. Would I get in some kind of trouble if I deleted my current Skyrim install and just copy-pasta'd that? Would it screw up or break? I know I'd lose my saves but I'm trying to start a new game anyway so that's not a big deal for me at all.

Nightrazor_guy
If you have AMBX lights disable the servieces and proceses in the task manager. It worked for me
Tachyon29
I had the same thing and it may have been the 1.9 Beta patch. I opted out of the beta in steam and reinstalled everything. I am still piecemeal reinstalling my favourite mods but the error has not yet repeated. I opted in on the Beta after reading about the 1.9 update fixes. If you have been a beta tester longer you may have forgotten about it
