Bothersome loading advice

Every time I install or uninstall mods, for loading a game I get this advice (image from below). That's OK for the game to load this advice but, it's a lil bothersome because for example a simple mod that only changes the lightning at night, if I desactivate it and I load the game, I get the advice. So I mean it's a lil bothersome. There is any way to avoid it?

That is not from a mod, but from the Skyrim vanilla game - It is just a warning that something has been removed since the last saved game, and things may not be the same in the game. It doesn't matter if what was removed was a single texture from a throwaway mod or a major quest mod, you will get that warning to let you know that something is not the same.
