luthienanarion
If you have a file named "d3d9.dll" in your Fallout directory, delete it. If not, look at updating your video drivers.

luthienanarion
please help my screen keeps glitching to the side Oh, so it's an animation problem? I assumed from your post that you were talking about the entire screen. Delete every .KF file in Data/meshes/characters/_1stPerson and Data/meshes/characters/_male. You might also get rid of any skeleton.nif in the latter. Chances are that you installed incompatible mods over each other.
