Hello modders, I have a great vision for a mod, but because of my inexperience I am still struggling to use the creation kit effectively.

The vision of my mod is to add some balanced spells and enchantments to the game for all styles of play. Examples of my long term plans include the following:

 

- Illusion spells to silence opponents to allow for better melee stealth kills (prevent them from signaling other enemies, limiting the spread of suspicion, etc)

 

- an illusion spell to make an enemy sleep (theft and combat, only usable when hidden)

 

- an illusion spell to prevent a sleeping person from waking (for theft, only usable when hidden)

 

- utility runes with effects like the ice form shout, or a damage over time area effect, allowing for more deadly traps. (the idea is to allow a mage to set 2-4 runes in one location before luring an opponent in; this meshes well with a stealth-mage or archer-mage)

 

- enchants for individual arrows, allowing the productive use of petty soul gems, as well as arrow-triggered aoe effects. (Or 100% recoverable named arrows, that would be cool)

 

- spell magnitude enchants for individual magic trees (think 10% increased damage for fire spells); this would mesh well with a spell-sword build, allowing them to specialize in one form of magic.

 

Anyway, I'm here because I don't know how to create the spell magnitude enchants. (There doesn't appear to be anything like that to duplicate.) How should I proceed?
