KevinsHope
Hello, I'm sorry if this topic has been here before. I looked around for it, but couldn't find it. I am creating a custom pistol. It is not a LOT like the vanella 10 mm pistol, but enough like it for that model to work as my nif file. Issue is, when I inport the meshes to replace the parts of that gun, they don't line up. For example, my slide sits too low and too far forward. I have discovered that I can correct this by moving my slide up and backwards in my 3D editing software, saving the object file, and inporting it into Nifskope. I just wanted to see if this is the best way to correct this problem, or can parts be adjusted within Nifskope?
micalov
Select the mesh section in nif scope and right click>transform>edit
KevinsHope
Thanks. That was not the correct answer, at least not for the newer version, but it did get me on the right track. For anyone trying to find a solution, you select the item and then extend its list, In it, you will find a list item called "Translation". If you double click on the numbers next to it, you can edit the nubers which will, in turn, move the part to a new location.
