Load Order By Category

I just wanted to make sure that my Load Order by Category is correct. I've seen conflicting forums so, I'm seeing what the general concesus is.
From Top To Bottom (This is how I install them, then loot changes them. So I'm talking about the RAR/7z's here, not the ESP's themselves)

1. Bug Fixes (Like The Unofficial Patches)
2. Game Structure (Like Ordinator and Ars Metallica)
3. Character Appearance (Like CBBE and Skin Textures)
4. Quests
5. Add/Change Locations (Like Dawn of Skyrim)
6. Add/Change Items (Like Amulets of Skyrim or BadGremlins)
7. Weapons
8. Armor/Clothing

9. NPC Changes (Like Bijin and Apachii)

10. Add/Change Creatures (Like Wild World or Monster Mod)
11. Followers
12. Foliage
13. Textures
14. Environment
15. Gameplay Changes (Like Rich Merchants, People Are Strange, Relationship Dialogue Overhaul)
16. Animations
17. Anything that says Load At Bottom

Looks decent to me, but Gameplay category could probably be a fair bit higher.

Character Appearance
Utilities - Patchers
